Leo was born in Hong Kong came to the UK as a student working as a junior finance manager and marketing executive in the city of London in his early 20s. He began his accountancy career in 2007 with over 15 years experience working in industry as Chartered Certified Accountants and started his own accountancy practice "Konsio Consulting Service Limited" in 2012 associate alongside with is best friend "Peter Dell Charetered Certified Accountants".
The professional commitment he promised to client’s “confidentiality” & “compliance” of regulation, offer cost efficient, effective & competitive services are the key successful factors to his own reputations
